BG Capital has recently acquired this 513,963 square foot value-add medical office. We are currently in the process of building out multiple tenant spaces for The City of Philadelphia and Malvern Behavioral Health. Other tenants include Penn Medicine, Mercy Health Systems, Estadt Psychological Services, and the Kidney Center of South Philadelphia.
