Project Management
Our management subsidiary company, Govberg Management, serves as a fully-licensed brokerage and property management company that specializes in tenant hospitality. Govberg Management’s primary advantage is that we offer on-site personnel and essential staff in every property within the JB Richards portfolio.
Having experienced on-site staff enables us as ownership to address tenant demands in real time and form long-term relationships with occupants during their lease periods.
