Seaport Suites

The Intended use for the residential units is to provide market rate hotel accommodations for the city of Wildwood. There will be 3 Commercial Units on the ground floor that will service the Hotel and be open to the Public. The first unit will be a new home for Wildwood’s own Beach Brew Coffee. The 2nd unit consists of a full service Bar that will service the beautiful Hotel pool. The last commercial space will be a new restaurant concept brought to us by a local restaurateur.
