The Seaport Inn

This 21 Unit Motel was acquired as a value-add acquisition. Since acquiring the Isle of Capri, we have injected $1.1M in renovations to bring the property back to its former glory, and have rebranded the motel as the new Seaport Inn. In the off-season it has served as workforce housing for our subcontractors that are working on our ground-up new construction projects in the area.
